Our Founder, Andrew Pierce
Andrew Pierce started LLC Attorney after making a mistake that many entrepreneurs can relate to—he accidentally formed a Corporation instead of an LLC. That misstep opened his eyes to a much bigger problem: starting a business is hard, and most people don’t have access to clear, affordable legal guidance.
Having started several businesses of his own—many of which didn’t succeed, he knows firsthand how overwhelming it feels to navigate legal decisions with a thousand questions and no one to turn to. That experience lit a fire in him to help others avoid the same struggles.
